Edwardian Country House with a mixture of modern and traditional decor.
This location is an Edwardian country house located on the edge of the village of Nether Wallop, near Stockbridge in Hampshire. It is set within a pretty, walled garden with easy access and plenty of private parking space.
The house is light and uplifting, with a wonderful mixture of old and new, suitable for all types of film and photographic shoots. There is a large, light, open-plan kitchen (with double doors opening out to the garden) that leads on to a lovely room with a bay window that looks out on to the garden. The drawing room and dining room are more traditional, with fireplaces, and they both have large windows on two sides and so are also very light. The are 8 bedrooms (one is used as a study) and 5 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. The top floor has four bedrooms and a bathroom, with pretty, uplifting wallpaper. There are plenty of rooms for hair/makeup, wardrobe and crew.
The garden has a swimming pool, a wonderful curved formation of intertwined lime trees, and a large, old staddle barn.
