A beautifully converted cedar-clad barn set amongst woodland and wildflower meadows in the heart of the Dorset countryside. Surrounded by nature, the location offers an ever-changing backdrop of textures, seasonal colours and natural light, making it ideal for photography, film and editorial productions.
Outside, the grounds feel wild yet carefully curated, with timber stores, handcrafted log sheds and wood-burning stoves creating character at every turn. From frosty winter mornings to warm summer evenings, the landscape offers an authentic and cinematic setting throughout the year.
Inside, is home to two versatile studio spaces. The Loft Studio is a large open-plan space flooded with natural daylight, offering generous shooting areas, relaxed lounge seating and a private dressing room, making it ideal for lifestyle, fashion, portrait and wellness productions.
The Kitchen Studio is a spacious professional food studio with a fully equipped commercial kitchen, designed for everything from tabletop food photography to television commercials and recipe development. Whether shooting inside the studio or taking productions outdoors, the space has been created to work seamlessly for food and product shoots.
Both studios come fully equipped with professional lighting stands, grip equipment and essential studio accessories, allowing productions to arrive and shoot with ease.
Also features a dedicated props cupboard, stocked with an extensive collection of backgrounds, surfaces, tableware and food styling props, providing everything needed to build beautiful, authentic sets.
The private coffee house is exclusively available for clients during shoots and events. More than simply a place to make coffee, it provides another beautifully designed filming location, with warm interiors, relaxed seating and an inviting atmosphere that lends itself perfectly to lifestyle photography.
At the front of the barn, a welcoming reception space is bathed in soft north light. Cedar-lined walls, natural textures and a wood-burning stove create a calm, characterful setting that works equally well as a client welcome area or an additional shooting location.
Designed by photographer and director Myles New, combines the practicality of a working commercial studio with the warmth and character of a rural retreat, offering productions a location that is both highly functional and visually distinctive.
