This location features 400 acres of woodland, with complexity of woodland areas, game covers etc. There is vast diversity of trees and undergrowth. There is also 200 acres of arable - currently set aside with wildflowers - as well as old and new farm barns. The woodland was previously used as an Equestrian Cross Country Course - the jumps are still evident.
