17th Century Manor House, 1960s studio barn conversion & 3 acres of grounds available to use for filming.
The barn: a generous, open-plan space with two mezzanines and original oak beams throughout. It has a beautiful stone built terrace and large garden. It features a very classic mid century design which is all original, aside of the wood burning stove. To the rear there is a second terrace within a mature garden with ancient ash tree overlooking. The space is very private and secluded. The house: a 17th century manor house with three floors are large, impressively proportioned rooms with original stone lintel windows. The space is in the midst of renovation and is a blank canvas for all filming needs. On entering the front gate there is a colourful array of flowers and a pretty stone pathway which hugs the house. To the rear there is ample parking in the private driveway, as well as an unoccupied three bay stable block (one of which is lockable, currently). Exterior: aside from the front and back garden, stable block, driveway and two terraces of the barn, there are two other raised lawn areas. There is access to a further 10 acres surrounding, privately. The land is currently occupied by some (photogenic) horses.
