A Victorian, detached family house.
The house comprises of 4 floors - a cellar, ground floor, first and second floor. The hall way has a Minton tile floor and the study, front formal lounge (which has a log burner), walk in cloakroom and downstairs toilet all lead off it, as well as the stairs to the first floor. The hall way also leads to a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area at the back of the house. The kitchen is shaker style and has an Aga, central island and a walk in pantry. There are bifold doors to this area of the house, which fold to open the whole corner of the modern extension. These doors lead to a large patio area and steps down to a lawned area and flower/shrub beds. To the right of the lawn is a modern garden room with a covered wooden terrace, which houses a home gym. Further steps lead down to the bottom of the garden where there are raised vegetable beds and a potting shed. Off the kitchen there is also a snug/family room with an open fire and french doors that lead out to a decked area. The snug/family room also leads into the front formal lounge and is separated by double doors. The first floor has a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further double bedrooms, a large family bathroom with walk in shower and bath, and a laundry room. Another flight of stairs leads to the second floor where there are two further double bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk in linen cupboard. The front of the house can house 4 to 5 cars and there is a side gate to the left of the house that leads directly into the back garden. The gate to the right of the house leads to a covered side alley and a side door into the hallway of the house.
