Although the location encompasses the whole ground floor, it's the kitchen that has the WOW factor, high ceilings, lots of natural light, exposed brick wall on one side and a bank of grey kitchen units on the other. A 3.3m long, dark grey polished concrete island with range cooker/hob set in the middle, offers plenty of space for multi camera set up and ideal for filming presenters whilst cooking and talking to camera, with lots of prep space. The natural light comes from 4 velux roof lights set into the ceiling and wall to wall folding doors at the end with large pitched glass windows on top. All the velux have blackout blinds fitted, the apex have two blackout panels and the folding doors have roller blinds, so that the whole area can be adjusted to suit your lighting requirements. There are two doors into the kitchen, one of which adjoins with our very spacious lounge area, generally included in the kitchen hire, it can be used as a supplementary prep area, production office, storage facility, Green room, whatever area!
Nearest mainline stations are Norbiton (25 mins from Waterloo) and Kingston. Across the park there is Richmond District line and overland.
