Contemporary beach house film location in Hampshire, with beautiful seaside views, a spacious vaulted living area and bright, neutral interiors.
Designed with an upside-down layout, the property places its bedrooms on the ground floor and its principal living accommodation upstairs, making the most of the coastal setting.
The impressive first-floor living space combines an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room beneath a high vaulted ceiling. Generous natural light enhances the sense of space, while the neutral décor provides a versatile backdrop for filming and photography.
At one end of the room is a charming country-style kitchen, followed by a substantial dining table. The adjoining sitting area offers a more relaxed setting, with a wood-burning stove creating a focal point.
Downstairs, the property includes a selection of adult and children's bedrooms, offering contrasting residential settings alongside the main open-plan living area.
With its coastal outlook, distinctive upstairs living arrangement, generous vaulted interior and understated styling, this Hampshire beach house offers an attractive setting for lifestyle, family and contemporary residential shoots.
