There is good access for trailers and large HGV vehicles, and a flat field which is big enough to accommodate production teams, kit and crew. The space also includes a 10 acre natural meadow (full of wildflowers in the summer), a 2/3 acre woodland and 3 glamping tents (which are up in the summer months). Plus the surrounding lands and woodland are under family ownership so could also be utilised. Located just outside of the M25, this location provides great access from London.
