Built ten years ago around a central courtyard with (on the ground floor) no exterior windows.
All the ground floor rooms have one wall of glass which open into the courtyard which is paved with Astro turf on top. The sitting, living, kitchen area is double height to a pitch glass roof and a deck over the top looking over the room.
