A working victorian paper mill with several derelict buildings and spaces, many 'mothballed' machines, as well as working ones, large empty spaces with vaulted ceilings, wooden beamed as well as metal trussed.
Large engineering shop, production hall, water wheel, two rivers run either side, one large mill pond, two large goods yards, many distressed walls, roofs and windows all just on the otherside of the M25, making it a very accessible industrial film location.
Apsley or Hemel Hempstead rail stations, easy reach on M25, M1, M40 and A41.
