Studio 23 (550 sq ft, max 8) offers a warm, earthy contrast with herringbone wood flooring, velvet camel armchairs, real marble accent pieces, and a Colorama backdrop on the ground floor. The first floor features an intimate office-style setup with an armchair and table ideal for interview and talking-head setups, plus a fully stocked coffee corner.
