Mens club.
Opened in 1915, but with a distinctly 1970s traditional working men's club aesthetic, this large, double-fronted house is CIU-affiliated and one of only a small number of traditional, untouched social clubs left in London. The club consists of an entrance with a pub-style space featuring original decorations, a classic bar area, and traditional furniture associated with working men's clubs of this era. Through a small doorway and down a couple of steps, you are welcomed into a well-proportioned, large hall. It features a wooden dance floor surrounded by tables and chairs, a small stage, and an additional, fully stocked long bar. Upstairs, a spacious four-table snooker hall is available.
