This former campus, a vacant site near Guildford, offers a flexible and versatile location suitable for a wide range of filming and production needs.
Set within 9.6 hectares of grounds, the site comprises five distinct buildings. At its centre stands a 16th-century manor house surrounded by more contemporary institutional spaces.
The administration block is a two-storey, 1960s tenement-style building with open-plan offices and views across to the manor house. Elsewhere, there is a three-storey, concrete structure inspired by brutalist architecture, includes striking waffle ceilings, a canteen, and outlooks onto the walled gardens. The former Learning Resource Centre introduces a more modern, clinical aesthetic, complete with a vaulted roof.
