Set within a Victorian neo-Gothic building at the heart of The University of Manchester, this museum offers an inspiring and versatile backdrop for film and photography with striking gothic architecture, museum galleries, and world-class collections, including dinosaur fossils, Egyptology, taxidermy and ethnographic collections and some of the largest Victorian archival stores in the country. It is also one of the only museums in the UK to be a licensed zoo with a Vivarium of lizards and frogs on the second floor focused on conservation and research.
