This unique location is an Edwardian building that has been host to the Labour movement and Trade Unions since 1923. The Trades Hall consists of a meeting room on the ground floor, offices on the mezzanine, and a very large congregational space with vaulted timber ceilings on the first floor.
It is mainly in its original early twentieth century condition, and has been subject to the addition of toilets and some ad hoc partitioning and decoration.
