This location is a secondary school, formerly a convent school, located in a wide, leafy avenue in Balham. The school is made up of a number of buildings from different ages including two Regency villas, a 4-storey general teaching block dating back to 1910 with high ceilings, very large windows and wood block flooring. There is also a building that dates from 1935 which incorporates a cruciform shaped chapel, that can accommodate up to 200 people, with an undercroft now used as our main dining hall, as well as a number of other modern buildings dating from 1994 onwards including a sizeable sports hall, with modern science labs. In addition, there is a pear orchard and a number of outside spaces including a multi-purpose sports pitch.
Clapham South (Northern Line) and Balham Station (Northern Line & Mainline rail) both within 10-12 minutes walking distance.
