an active car race circuit (12 days racing per year plus 120 track days)
active airfield for smaller aircraft (private planes, smaller private jets & executive helicopters)
venue for out door events on grounds ranging across 400 acres
modern hangarage focussed on executive helicopters and helicopter maintenance
"heritage" (WW2 and very tired) industrial estate
camp site
There is also generous parking space which can cater for crowds of approximately 10,000 (as we do for our car/bike racing event)
There is good electrical and water connection across the whole site.
