Inside industrial features include timber-clad walls, exposed metal roofs, metal lampshades and exposed girders, floor-to-ceiling black Crittall windows & doors, and a (resin coated)polished concrete floor. The space can be divided via a floor to ceiling red velvet curtain. There is underfloor heating and A/C. There is a double car access door - 3m wide x 2.2m high. Dutch Barn is 5700sq ft.
Stone Barn, is a typical 19th Century barn made of Cotswold stone, with polished concrete floor and exposed timber beams and bare Cotswold stone walls. Overhead feature lighting of purple & pink lampshades. It has underfloor heating and a large inglenook fireplace with working fire. Stone Barn is1,300 Sq Ft. There is also a kitchen and well maintained front lawn to front of Stone Barn.

There are ample loos in Dutch Barn. Six ladies loos + basins + baby change. Two men’s loos + urinals + basins. One disabled loo with basin. Stone barn has one loo + basins. Good wifi throughout barns. 2 x EV charging points (untethered). Solar panels & ground source heat pumps provide sustainable energy.
