An office block location with five floors and a variety of different spaces.
This versatile filming location has a selection of different office spaces, conference rooms and industrial areas. The spaces all have the features of a traditional office, with tiled ceilings, office equipment, carpeted and Lino floors. There are also conference rooms with long tables and glass walls, as well as bookshelves and larger desks. A small kitchen area is also available, with a small seating area and rows of filing cabinets lining the walls. Also within the building are several large, empty rooms which can be used for a variety of different purposes, such as green rooms or production support areas. These have a slightly more industrial feel, with exposed metal beams and limited furniture. There is also a courtyard off the back of one of the offices, which can be accessed through the main building or through the street. There is a private road running along the side of the building which is for pedestrians, but can be used for car parking or closed off entirely if needed. There is also underground parking which has space for six cars, however this can be limited during working hours.
