Warehouses are in huge demand by Filmmakers
Empty warehouses offer filmmakers a wide range of possibilities as film locations, not only as alternative spaces to film studios, but as stylish spaces in their own right.

IND-7395 provides a brilliant space for set-building, and filming alike.
Huge, hangar style warehouses, with their vast floor area and high roof lines, like IND-7395, allow for a creative use of lighting and camera angles, providing a sense of grandeur and scale to a production. These expansive spaces also offer filmmakers the freedom to construct elaborate sets or recreate different environments within a single location, accommodating a wide range of storytelling needs.
Old Victorian warehouses, like COM-655, have a totally different aesthetic, with their worn wooden floors and timber beams, they exude a sense of history and charm. These features add character and texture to the set design, helping to create a visually captivating and authentic atmosphere.
The more utilitatian warehouses built in the mid 20th century, with their concrete floors and steel roof supports, such as COM-11094, lend a more industrial aesthetic to a film. Concrete floors can be dressed up or down to depict various settings, from gritty urban environments to sterile scientific laboratories. The pillars and structural elements within a warehouse can be incorporated into the scene design, adding visual interest and framing opportunities for dynamic shots.

COM-11094 is vast in scale with an industrial edge and makes for a great filming location.
Whether it's the historical charm, industrial ambiance, or expansive scale, empty warehouses provide filmmakers with a canvas to bring their stories to life in a compelling and visually striking manner.
