Last Year Was A Pink Year!
Amazing Space Locations had the pleasure of working on hundreds of film and photography projects over 2023, however there was one style of location that seemed to stand out from the rest; pink locations!
With the release of Barbie back in July, the world was plunged into all things fabulously pink this Summer; the clever marketing was inescapable and led to a nationwide shortage of the iconic colour. As a location agency, we've since seen this craze trickle down into other film, TV and photo shoots from a variety of brands.
In June, Amazing Space worked with TK Maxx on their latest TV commercial. The perfect location for this pink picture was RES-11869 in North West London. It's an unapologetically flamboyant shoot location with reddy-pink marble flooring running throughout the property, and pastel pink sitting rooms and bedroom.
Later in the year, we had various stills shoots for Sezanne, The Ragged Priest and Polyester Magazine; all with a pink central theme. RES-11923 and RES-10671 are hugely popular locations of ours with uniquely vintage vibes to them. RES-10671 is a lavish location house complete with pink frilled sofas, impressive chintzy bedroom and an amazing built-in bathroom with gold swan taps. In a similar vein, RES-11923 works as the ideal space for film and photography shoots looking for vintage flair. This Victorian gem epitomises the elegance and sophistication of a bygone era. The interior, adorned with vintage wallpaper, intricate mouldings, and antique furnishings evoke a sense of grandeur and refined taste.
