Brand New Location Houses on Amazing Space
We receive a huge number of new locations each week, and we carefully look through each registration to make sure we’re choosing the most interesting, film-friendly spaces for our library.
We’ve recently received some amazing properties that we thought we would share with you, with all being available to hire now for film and photography shoots!
RES-11449 is a beautiful new shoot location in South East London. It works as a fantastic backdrop for stills and lifestyle shoots with smart, neutral décor throughout. The large contemporary rear extension houses the navy kitchen and island, dining table and comfortable sitting room, and trendy crittall windows and doors look out onto a decent size garden. Other highlights of the property include multiple bedrooms, each with its own chic style, varying from sage green wood panelled walls to mustard bed frames; this location can feel like multiple locations all under one roof which is very beneficial for the budget! Overall, this stunning house offers space, versatility and contemporary elegance; a brilliant option for your next shoot.
This award-winning eco house suspended over a natural swimming pond, was featured on Grand Designs and widely considered the best property in the history of the show, as well as one of the best UK based property for location shoots. It boasts contemporary details contrasted with a natural palette, very large double-height vaulted kitchen, huge triple height atrium space, sweeping sculptural double staircase floating in a timber clad void, and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. This fantastic shoot location is well worth travelling that little bit further outside of London for, as it offers ample shoot opportunities that you can't find within the M25. This property is breathtaking any way you look at it, and makes for the perfect location to hire for film and photography.
RES-11370 has been on our library for only a couple of weeks and has already hosted a commercial through Amazing Space! It’s a really unique shoot location that certainly doesn’t feel as though it’s situated in North West London. RES-11370 is an architecturally designed property with a modern yet eclectic style, that plays with a variety of textures and features. The concrete flooring and wooden furnishings have a distinct Scandinavian feel, while the beamed high ceilings and mezzanine give an American beach-house vibe. If that’s not enough, there’s also an expansive, lush tropical garden that’s extremely hard to come by considering the location’s postcode.
From the maximialism of of RES-11370 to the minimalism of this next new location; RES-11413. This modern seaside property in Hampshire makes for a fantastic shoot location for many reasons. It's full of texture and different building materials, including concrete, stone, wooden flooring and a joinery staircase. The property also boasts floor to ceiling glass windows which allows for huge amounts of natural light, and not to mention, the amazing views of the neighbouring beach and sea front which make for an incredible backdrop in itself. Inside, the minimalist interior design can be a really helpful feature when it comes to dressing a space for your project; a clean, uncluttered room makes it far easier to bring in your own props/dressing to mould the space.
